Mr. Himanshu Kapania is the Managing Director of Idea Cellular Limited, a pure play pan-India mobile operator with revenues of over US$5 billion and 125 million GSM subscribers.

Mr. Kapania is a telecom industry veteran, having witnessed two player fixed licenses fee regimes, introduction of NTP in 1999, the fourth license auction in 2001 and the launch of CDMA services, among other industry landmarks. Prof. Ramesh Singh is an Associate Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at IIT Bombay. He received his PhD from Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, MS from Tufts University in Medford and Bachelors from Birla Institute of Technology, Ranchi. His research interests are flexible fiber laser based materials processing, ultra-high speed micromachining, super-finishing and finite element modeling of manufacturing processes. He has worked on development of laser-assisted mechanical micromachining process and machine which was highlighted by Industry Week magazine. He has very active association with Indian Industry, such as Ceat Tyres, Axis Microtools, PCI, KGK Diamonds, etc. He has graduated about 60 Masters and 5 PhD students.
